Mindfloss is a girls-only Primary Maths & Science programme in Singapore, run by Nikita Mathur. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
We only use your data for these purposes, or for others we tell you about and you agree to.
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It records visits and actions such as tapping "Book" or a WhatsApp link, so we can see whether our ads are working and show them to relevant parents. Meta may combine this with information it already holds. You can manage this through your browser's cookie settings or your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also collects basic technical data to keep the site secure, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool that counts visits and which pages are viewed, without identifying you.
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted services to run Mindfloss, and they process data on our behalf:
Some of these services store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we rely on their protections to keep it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Work and details about your daughter are shared by you, as her parent or guardian, with your consent. Her work is used only to understand how she thinks and to teach her well. We never use her name, photos or work in marketing without your written permission.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. If your daughter does not join, Discovery Session uploads are deleted within 6 months. After she leaves Mindfloss, her records are deleted or anonymised within 12 months, except billing records we must keep.
